I am a licensed clinical psychologist and I have been treating youth, adults, and families for over 15 years. I practice from a client-centered approach where your needs and goals in treatment are primary. We will check in often to make sure what we are doing in your treatment is helping you meet your goals. I have a friendly and laid-back demeanor that clients have told me they appreciate to feel at ease in therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related disorders, using therapy practices that are research-based and can have a significant impact on improving symptoms. I also focus on supporting general mental health and wellness using motivational and whole mind-body approaches.
